We are an executive chef-led kitchen preparing an endless seasonal variety
of gourmet meals, fresh salads, sandwiches, international, organic and
gourmet delicacies. Our meals are carefully prepared, beautifully presented

Gourmet Deli
At any given time our chefs prepare daily up to 30 varieties of gourmet
meals using only the best and freshest ingredients and culinary knowledge.
For example:
-Pan-seared chops topped with a fresh ginger cranberry marmalade
-Roasted herb chicken glazed with fresh tarragon and apricots
-Wild mushroom in phylo with Gorganzola and fresh herbs
-Smoked duck, grilled asparagus, bow tie pasta tossed with a chipotle

Pizzas
From Neapolitan to Chicago style, you will enjoy hand-tossed and freshly
baked pizzas only at the Marketplace Kitchen.
-Herbed focaccia topped with imported olive oil, roasted garlic,
grilled asparagus, Roma tomatoes, and topped with goat cheese
-A cornmeal crust pan pizza with smoked tofu, roasted peppers, porcini

All of our marinated meats, rice, beans, guacamole and vegetables are
prepared fresh daily by our chefs. When you visit our taqueria, you may
choose from over 40 different freshly prepared ingredients to create your
own burritos, soft tacos, and Mexican salads.

Asian Station
Discover the delicacies of Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Absolutely no
MSG is used to enhance the flavors in this station or any of our dishes.
We flavor and enhance our dishes with quality ingredients and knowledge.
-Noodle Bar: create your own dish utilizing the choicest noodles,
fresh vegetables and healthy broths
-At any time you may choose from eight different entree items, prepared
fresh over rice or chow mein.
Sushi
We have trained sushi chefs preparing various types of sushi, from traditional
California rolls to fresh tuna and salmon combinations. Our chefs will
