Night Crew Supervisor

Full Time

Status: Reports to Night Crew Manager

To ensure that all grocery aisles and all grocery products are fully stocked and merchandised. To oversee that all displays and end caps are built and stocked for daily store operations and sales. To supervise and oversee the activities of the night crew
Able to assist manger in scheduling, training and performance management in a timely manner.
Creative problem solving and ability to work through complex challenges daily.
Understands and responds to situations with appropriate sense of urgency and good judgement.
Creating process, systems and resource materials to ensure the success of the department and the team.
Ability to work productively with all levels of staff, mgmt. and customers.

Requirements:

Previous experience in supervisor/manager a plus
Ability to project friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work as a positive team member.
Excellent ability to communicate in written and spoken English
Well-organized, with special attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership skills
Overnight Shifts

Pay range: $24.00 - $29.50 per hour
