This season we offer two varieties of Prime Rib available - our USDA Premium Angus Beef Prime Rib, and Akaushi Wagyu beef prime rib. Both well-marbled with Akaushi having more marbling (higher fat, said to make the beef more tender) than the Angus. We recommend 1 rib for every 2 - 3 persons.
Please note the USDA recommends beef be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F

Our turkeys from Mary's are vacuum-sealed and stored cold, not frozen. Ready to roast as soon as you get them home.
We recommend 1.5 to 2 pounds per person.

9-11 LBS - 2.5 hours
12-14 LBS - 3 hours
15-17 LBS - 3.5 hours
18-20 LBS - 4 hours
21-23 LBS - 4.5 hours
24+ LBS - 5+ hours
IMPORTANT: To ensure your turkey is properly cooked, the breast should reach 165 degrees, and the thigh should reach 175 degrees using a meat thermometer. Let your turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
