Tabouleh
Ingredients
1 cup of tabouleh
1 cup of water
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
2 large tomatoes
2 tbsp. of lemon juice
Method
Combine 1 cup of tabouleh mix, 1 cup of boiling water, 1/3 cup of vegetable oil and mix. Add 2 large diced tomatoes and 2 tbsp of lemon juice and mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours and mix.
