Thank you for your interest in joining us a we celebrate AANHPI 2026!

This is our third year celebrating our heritage with an event showcasing our AANHPI vendors and partners!

Below you'll find some information about the event, and a form we're asking all vendors to fill out so we can make sure we can acommodate you to the best of our ability so you have an amazing demo and good time at our celebration!

Our 2026 AAHNPI event will be another exciting day filled with food and entertainment! We're inviting vendors from across our store to bring their products to demo, enjoy the entertainment, and network with one another! Imagine the collabs you could create!

This is gonna be fun!

So let's get started - we'll need some information from you to make sure this is the best event ever!

DEMO STAFFING AND INSURANCE

Any staff that will be manning your booth will need to be covered by your workmans comp insurance. Demo staffing by an agency requires the staff to be covered by their workmans comp policy.

Owner operators who are staffing their own demo will be eligible for consideration to sign an indemnity agreement in lieu of workmans comp.

All staff will be asked to check in, any staff not previously assigned and covered will be asked to leave.

DEMO STAFF STATUS - all demo staff/agencies must be covered by workmans comp either thru the brand or independently.

DEMO STAFF ARE COMPANY EMPLOYEES (Employed by the brand directly and covered by company insurance)

DEMO STAFF ARE 1099 (Independent contractors NOT covered by insurance under the brand)

DEMO STAFF ARE FROM AN AGENCY (Third party company, with insurance separate from the brand)

This years event will take place over one weekend covering both of our store locations. Please select one or both locations for participation.

ELECTRICITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EVENT

We have limited availability for electricity at the booths. If you are able, we recommend you bring your own exhaustless electric power station (you can find them at hardware stores or online). Electricity will be provided on a first come, first served basis, wattage maximums may apply.
