Cheddar Cheese Powder
Cheddar cheese powder for making cheddar cheese sauces. Try it with pasta, rice dishes and dips!
Rehydration Instructions:
Add ¼ cup of hot water or milk to ¼ cup of cheese.
Stir well and enjoy as a dip or sauce.
Add 2 tbsp. of butter for every ¼ cup of dry cheese if a richer flavor is desired.

Countrywild Rice
In a pot with a tight-fitting lied, combine 1 cup of rice with two cups of water or broth. ​
Add 1 tbsp butter or margarine (optional)
Bring to a boil, stir once and cover with the lid
Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 50 minutes
Remove from heat, let standing cover pot for 10 minutes
Fluff with a fork, and salt to taste
To prepare in a rice cooker, use the same ratio - 1 rice to 2 water
Yield 4 - 6 servings

Ali's Bazaar Falafel
Mix 1 cup of falafel mix with 1/2 cup of water.​
Form small patties of balls.
Deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown
Speedy Spuds Cheddar and Chive
Preparation Instructions:

For Soup: Bring 1 .5 cups (350 ML) of water to a boil. For mashed potatoes, boil 1 cup (235ML) of water. Add boiling water to mix and stir. Let stand 5 minutes and enjoy!

Instant Pasta Regate - fully cooked semolina wheat pasta
Boil 3/4 cup of water for every 1 cup of pasta
Add pasta, stir, cover, and remove from heat.
Let stand 7-9 minutes
Top with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

Israeli Couscous
Directions:
Add 1 ¼ cups of boiling water to 1 cup of Israeli “couscous”.
Cover pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serving suggestion:
Sauté one small chopped onion in olive oil until golden brown.
Add contents of the bag and stir until browned.
Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and other spices according to taste.
Add 2 cups of boiling water or soup. Cover the pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Baja Black Bean Mix (cooked and dehydrated black bean flakes with spices)
For Black Beans: Boil 1 cup of water for every 1 cup of bean mix
For soup: Boil 1 1/2 cups of water for every 1 cup of bean mix
Add beans to boiling water, turn off the heat, and keep covered for 3 - 5 minutes
Organic Black Refried Beans
Cooking instructions:
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, then add soup mix.
Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, stir and serve.
1:1 Ratio

Organic Pinto Refried Beans
Cooking instructions:
Pour instant beans into a serving bowl.
Add boiling water and stir briefly
Cover 5 minutes, stir & serve
1:1 Ratio beans to water

Ali's Bazaar Tabouleh
Mix 1 cup of Tabouleh mix with 1 cup of boiling water, and 1/3 cup of vegetable oil and mix​
Add 2 large diced tomatoes and 2tbsp of lemon juice.
Mix thoroughly
Add 2 large tomatoes diced, and 2 Tbsp of Lemon juice, and mix.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, mix and serve
Wild Blend Rice

Keto Instant Hot Cereal
Microwave directions:
Empty the packet (1OZ) into a microwave-safe bowl or cup
Add 1/4 cup of cold water and stir
Cook on HIGH for 45 - 60 seconds, or until desired texture is reached
Stir and serve Immediately.
Kettle Directions
Empty the packet (1OZ) into a heat-safe bowl or cup
Add 1/4 - 1/3 cup of rapidly boiling water
Stir and cover immediately
Wait 1 minute
Serve immediately
