(WJW) -- Walnut Creek-based Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream is voluntarily recalling some flavors of Outshine Fruit Bars "due to possible foreign material contamination with glass," the release states. Voluntary Class III
Equator Fair Trade Organic (FTO) Decaf Shakeout
Recall Summary: Verve Coffee Roasters is issuing a voluntary Class III recall for specific roast dates of Equator-branded Organic Fair Trade Certified (FTO) Decaf Shakeout (UPC: 814307000096) produced at their facility. During a routine quality audit of Verve's co-manufacturing operations, it was discovered that a batch of non-organic decaf coffee was inadvertently commingled with Equator's Organic FTO Decaf Shakeout during packaging.
Important Safety Note: This issue is strictly a matter of organic certification integrity and labeling compliance. There is no health, safety, or allergen risk associated with consuming this product.
