To increase sales and encourage customer loyalty by providing prompt, friendly, knowledgeable customer service as well as a clean and well stocked sales floor in a dynamic, high volume cheese department.
Grocery Clerk (Asian Dept.)
To provide prompt, friendly, helpful well-informed service to customers and assist to help meet department goals by stocking, receiving, and handling merchandise on the sales floor.
To provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and a high level of customer service, assisting cashiers by bagging groceries and preventing back-up at registers as well as being able to assist throughout the store as necessary.
To check out customer purchases quickly and efficiently, and to provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable customer service. This role is vital for the efficiency of operations at the market and is the “final touch” of customer service.
The POS Clerk performs administrative duties and data entry supporting the high volume of the POS Department. Work with multiple retail technologies including, but not limited to cash registers and the back-office systems. Maintain data points in supporting systems, including purchasing and accounting.
To ensure meat department operations run at an optimal level, to oversee the entire operation of the meat department; to offer high-quality products (meat) at competitive prices to customers and to provide excellent customer service; to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
To provide prompt, friendly, helpful well-informed service to customers and assist to help meet department goals by stocking, receiving and handling merchandise on the sales floor.
To keep the store and offices clean and orderly, perform basic maintenance throughout the store and office areas, and to provide prompt, friendly, courteous customer service as needed.
To ensure that floral product is processed, priced and merchandised for sale. Assists the floral department manager/buyer in all necessary operations to ensure department is prepared for daily sales activities.
Health & Beauty Clerk
To keep the HABA department fully and attractively stocked, regularly inventory select vendors, provide prompt, friendly, courteous customer service and maintain a presence in the department at all times.
Loss Prevention Agent
To ensure a safe and secure environment at the store by administering loss prevention programs to guard against theft, vandalism, and violence; to ensure that all customers and company employees are observing safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
Kitchen Receiving Clerk
To process designated orders and to maintain organization of products received. To ensure the accuracy and accountability of receiving paperwork, and security of inventory. Provide support to the Receiving Manager and Food Service Manager.
