Assistant Night Crew Manager

To assist and direct the night crew personnel and ensures that grocery merchandising is complete for store opening.

Cheese Clerk

To increase sales and encourage customer loyalty by providing prompt, friendly, knowledgeable customer service as well as a clean and well stocked sales floor in a dynamic, high volume cheese department.

Deli Clerk

Prep Clerk

To quickly and efficiently package produce while working in a fast paced, dynamic produce department.

Meat Cutter

To cut and prepare all types of meat product for sale and to provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable customer service in a fast paced meat department.

Seafood Cutter

To cut and prepare all types of meat product for sale and to provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable customer service in a fast paced seafood department.

Bulk Foods
Clerk

To provide excellent customer service and ensure a clean and well stocked sales floor in order to drive sales in a dynamic department.

Customer Service Clerk

To provide customers with prompt, friendly, helpful customer service. Assist and support store needs as needed.

Deli Supervisor

Supervision of deli operation to ensure customer service standards are being met, presentation levels are at expected levels and safe food handling procedures are being followed. The supervisor must be able to function as a manager when they are not present.

Health & Beauty Clerk

To keep the HABA (Health & Beauty) department fully and attractively stocked, regularly inventory select vendors, provide prompt, friendly, courteous customer service and maintain a presence in the department at all times.

Loss Prevention Agent

To ensure a safe and secure environment at the store by administering loss prevention programs to guard against theft, vandalism, and violence; to ensure that all customers and company employees are observing safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.

Night Crew
Clerk

To ensure that all grocery aisles and all grocery products are fully stocked and attractively merchandised.

Wine Beer Spirits Clerk

Increasing sales and encouraging customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Cafe Clerk

To provide prompt, friendly, helpful well-informed service to customers and assist in operations of the Café to help meet department goals.

Dairy Clerk

To provide prompt, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service to customers and to ensure a clean and well stocked Dairy department.

E-Shop Clerk

To collect and pack orders placed through Berkeley Bowl’s online shopping platform while providing a friendly, well-informed service to our customers, and assisting with achieving overall department goals.

Kitchen Prep Cook

Responsible for culinary tasks within operations in the kitchen focusing on proper preparation, set-up, and execution of food items.

Meat Seafood Clerk

To provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable customer service in a fast-paced meat and seafood department.

Receiving Clerk

To oversee incoming and outgoing deliveries, account for all product and ensure accuracy of paperwork. As well as organize products by departments and within the warehouses.

Cashier

To check out customer purchases quickly and efficiently, and to provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable customer service. This role is vital for the efficiency of operations at the market and is the “final touch” of customer service.

Dairy Supervisor

To ensure that daily sales and product movement are optimal; to ensure maximum customer satisfaction through fresh, quality, and diverse product offerings and quality customer service; to develop and maintain employee compliance and optimal productivity.

Floral Clerk

To ensure that floral product is processed, priced and merchandised for sale. Assists the floral department manager/buyer in all necessary operations to ensure department is prepared for daily sales activities.

Produce Clerk

To provide prompt, friendly, helpful, well-informed service to customers and assist in the operations of a fast paced produce department.

Meat Seafood Supervisor

To ensure meat/seafood department operations run at an optimal level, to oversee the entire operation of the meat department; to offer high-quality products (meat) at competitive prices to customers and to provide excellent customer service; to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction

Utility Clerk

To provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and a high level of customer service, assisting cashiers by bagging groceries and preventing back-up at registers as well as being able to assist throughout the store as necessary.
