Responsibilities
To oversee that all displays and end caps are built and stocked for daily store operations and sales.
To supervise and oversee the activities of the night crew
Able to assist the manager in scheduling, training and performance management in a timely manner.
Creative problem solving and ability to work through complex challenges daily.
Understands and responds to situations with appropriate sense of urgency and good judgement.
Creating process, systems and resource materials to ensure the success of the department and the team.
Ability to work productively with all levels of staff, mgmt. and customers.
Knowledge & Skills
Previous experience in supervisor/manager a plus Ability to project friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work as a positive team member
Excellent ability to communicate in written and spoken English Well-organized, with special attention to detail Demonstrated leadership skills
Education & Training
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Willing to work overnight shift
Manual dexterity: Able to use fine motor skills to handle/maintain/install equipment, frequently.
Must be 18 years of age to operate equipment
Lift/Carry/Push/Pull: Ability to handle up to 50 pounds independently or team lift, occasionally
Sit/stand: Up to full duration of shift, two or more hours at a time Stand/bend/stoop/walk:
Ability to alternate positions throughout the course of the shift, frequently depending on task
Pay Range
$24.50 - $31.00per hour
